INTURAI VENTURES CORP. · CSE: URAI / OTC: URAIF / FSE: 3QG0
PRODUCT
The smart hub for safety, security and counter drone. AI-native command and control that fuses sensor data, supports decisions and coordinates assets at the site, under central command.
RUSSIA · 20 SEPTEMBER 2026
On 20 September 2026, Ukraine launched more than a thousand drones at Russia in a single night, including the largest attack on Moscow to date, as reported by AsiaOne citing the Russian Defence Ministry.
Mass drone attacks are now a standing feature of modern conflict.

AUTONOMY
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE DEFENDER
One operator per drone does not scale. The defence has to run its own loop faster, with automation the commander can bound.

WHY NOW
Even in a layered defence, answering every drone with a missile is prohibitively expensive.
“We cannot use a missile to take down every drone that comes at us.”
Chan Chun Sing, Minister for Defence, Singapore. Committee of Supply Debate, 27 February 2026
WHAT IT IS
AI NATIVE
Tag a vehicle, a contact or a zone with @. DOME AI turns the sentence into an order, and the operator confirms it before anything moves.

One scenario runs in three engines, through the same console as a real site.

HOW IT WORKS
EACH SITE KEEPS DECIDING ON ITS OWN COMPUTER, EVEN IF THE LINK TO HEADQUARTERS DROPS
DOMECOMMAND
Radar, RF, EO/IR, acoustic, Remote ID and ADS-B, fused into one picture. Use the sensors a site already has.
INTURAI SENSING: INTEGRATION IN BETA, MOVING TOWARDS FIELD TESTS
One common way to connect sensors and command vehicles. A new source is an adapter, not a rewrite.
MAVLINK · MQTT · DJI · SAPIENT · ASTERIX · MISB 0601 · ADS-B · REMOTE ID
Sites, zones, rules, solver weights and planning profiles, all over APIs. Algorithms extendable at every level.
ONE CODEBASE · PORTABLE DEPLOYMENTS · SIZED TO THE WORKLOAD
A gate, a compact site or a mid-size site, on hardware anyone can buy. Portable by design.
Designed to run as companion computing, for autonomy on the aircraft.
Private cloud or site servers, in the customer's own tenancy. Data stays with the customer.

TARGET APPLICATIONS

USE CASE 01 · COUNTER DRONE
Headquarters sets priorities. Each site responds to local conditions within delegated authority.

USE CASE 02 · CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Designed to run on the sensors the site already has, with effects set for civil law.

USE CASE 03 · MULTI-DOMAIN C2
Air defence, police, airport operations and emergency services each get their own channel on one fused picture.
DOMECOMMAND
The smart hub for safety, security and counter drone. The control system to plan, train, monitor and protect, simulation first, under the commander's permissions.

This presentation is issued by Inturai Ventures Corp. (the "Company"; CSE: URAI / OTC: URAIF / FSE: 3QG0) for information only. DomeCommand is a product and intellectual property of the Company, acquired under an asset purchase completed on 1 September 2026, and it is in development: its modules are at different stages of development and commercialisation, and individual slides do not restate this. Every demonstration, screenshot, video and replay here is from a simulation or a controlled competition setting and is labelled as such. As at October 2026 there are no operational deployments, no field evaluations by a defence customer and no commercial agreements for DomeCommand; the integration with Inturai sensing is in beta, moving towards field tests. Hardware named is example hardware. This document is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities in any jurisdiction, and it does not replace the Company's continuous disclosure record at sedarplus.ca. It contains forward-looking statements about planned features, integrations, field tests, deployment options, a first DomeCommand-based product and commercial pathways. They reflect management's expectations as at October 2026, rest on assumptions, and are subject to the risks described in the Company's filings; actual results may differ materially, and the Company does not undertake to update them except as required by law.
